Yes! 888bux is a scam too!

As suspected, we have finally discovered that 888bux is really a scam.

Here, we like to give people the benefit of the doubt and we had this site on the suspect list pending my first cash out.  we have cashed out (our 1st) since 2 Nov 2010 but up to 14 Dec 2010, we haven't been paid our $2.00 and according to their terms, the waiting period is 30 days.

At the moment, we are almost ready to cash out for the 2nd time, which is suppose to be $3.00 but surprise surprise, I cannot cash out with another cash out still pending (Check Terms of Service Clause 5.7 - Tell us what you think).  Huuummm!!

Riddle me this!  If 888bux can't pay a lousy $2.00 ... it equals SCAM!

Oh!  By the way!  If you were paid and somebody else is still waiting for months for their pay out ... it still equals SCAM!

ALERT!! - 'From Home Data Entry' is a SCAM!

This is a short but very IMPORTANT post.

DO NOT! ... DO NOT sign up or purchase any packages from 'From Home Data Entry'.  They lure you in with 7 free assignments then in order to get paid for these free assignments you have to buy a package.

When all has been said and done, you would have wasted your money and your time and never get paid for the hard work you have done assessing websites.  They use their so-called 'Terms' to find a reason why you shouldn't be paid ... or ignore you all together.

Don't be fooled by the '100% ScamFree!' seal of approval.  This website is a SCAM!!

IN ADDITION TO THIS, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY THING ON THE INTERNET WHATSOEVER THROUGH PLIMUS.   THEY MAYBE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH 'From Home Data Entry' and other associated scam sites.

10 dollar bux - Fraud Squad

Yes folks, I stumbled onto these series of ten dollar per click sites:  Allstarbux; Buxbillionaire; Quickmoneybux; Buxtobux and Breakoutbux.  (There maybe more out there)

Now the administrators of these sites claimed that they are honest, chastising another scam site called 'tendollarclick' for being soooo dishonest.  Standard (free) members on all these ten dollar bux sites have to wait 180 days for a payout, yes boys and girls ... SIX WHOLE MONTHS or longer if it is 180 business days ... that seems fair (sarcasm).

What's laughable is the forum.  Where the same core members show-off their pathetic $40, $50, $60 and $80 payouts, after paying between $90 and $100 a basic upgrade.

So until these sites could prove to me that every body gets paid and within 60 days (at least) for the free members then they would remain on my FRAUD SQUAD LIST.

Oh!  At the posting of this article Buxtobux was offline.  I am shocked!

Readbud? I don't know!

I have seen many posts that accused Readbud of being a scam.   By then, I had much time invested into Readbud.

Readbud is a site that pays members on average between 0.04 to 0.15 cents for reading and rating articles. The payout is $50 through Paypal.

One post in particular outlined problems as a person approaches the $50 payout.  Readbud was accused of the following:

  1. As member reaches threshholds, e.g. $25; $30; $35; onward to $50; the amount of articles received is significantly and systematically reduced (this is my experience!).
  2. When the member finally reaches the $50 payout, Readbud accuses the member of not reading articles and/or reading articles too fast.

In addition to the above, I would find that after spending 4 to 6 minutes reading an article, as I attempt to rate it, for some strange reason I am not logged in.  When I do log back in the 'Article History' would show that that article and the previous article have not been read.  Therefore, if I want to be paid for these two particular articles I have to read them all over again, and this happens every time I log in to read articles.

At the time of writing of this article, I had reached $35.  As time goes on, I will update you on this pay-to-read site.  In the meanwhile if you want try this site click here.

Update!
I have cashed out on 20 February 2011.  Let's see how long it takes for me to get my money - if ever.
